Codex CLI rust-v0.155.0 (Sep 17) ships experimental /voice, Touch ID for MCP requests, and streaming reasoning summaries. rust-v0.155.1 (Sep 18) restores the reasoning-summary default to none so unsupported providers stop rejecting requests. The operator product this week is the biometric MCP gate and the default that breaks third-party backends, not voice coding theater. Read more

OpenAI’s mid-September ChatGPT Ads wave makes oCPM (conversion-optimized, impression-billed) generally available and the recommended buying model. Campaign objective, billing, and conversion event lock at creation. Attribution windows only change reporting.
